The ‘Naviluz’ is back, the EMT bus to see the Christmas lighting in Madrid
The traditional Christmas bus will serve, predictably, from November 28 to January 6 from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Children up to seven years travel for free, and those over 65 and people with reduced mobility enjoy a discount.
You will have a single stop of ascent and descent in the Plaza de Colón and an optional stop only of descent in Gran Vía, 49.

The traditional Christmas Bus of the EMT in Madrid, baptized in 2016 as ‘Naviluz’ after the ideas contest convened by the municipal company among its Facebook followers, warms engines another year.

The popular bus will start, predictably, between November 28, 2019 and January 6, 2020 through the streets of the center offering children and adults a tour of the most emblematic roads of the capital, decorated with the attractive lighting Christmas

This traditional itinerary, which has become a must for Christmas in Madrid, will work, predictably, from Thursday, November 28, 2019 until Monday, January 6, 2020, both inclusive. The City Council of Madrid, through the Municipal Transport Company, puts double-decker buses into service to cover this route, which will work every day of this period, except December 24 and 31, and January 5.

The Naviluz service schedule will be, if maintained with respect to the last edition, every day from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., coinciding with the operation of the Christmas lighting. The general price of the ticket is three euros, although, as in previous years, children under seven can travel for free (although in any case they have to take a ticket).

Those over 65, People with Reduced Mobility (PMR) and people with a disability greater than 33 percent will enjoy a reduced rate of two euros.
